For the finest Thai Cuisine in town, look no further than “Good Evening” Thai Restaurant. If it is a relaxing atmosphere, healthy food, and authentic taste your are looking for then visit restaurant located in the lovely village of Cuckfield. Managed by Mr. Jaran Suwandee (Paul), who was trained and gained experience of Thai Cooking in Thailand and has worked in several  Thai restaurants before launching “Good Evening” 

He offers his customers more Thai Cuisine flavored with herbs and spices direct from Thailand,and has used his own creativity to make some beautiful dishes.“Good Evening” specialises in seafood and offers and amazing choice of dishes. Come along and sample the Salmon in Special Chu Chee Sauces, or deep fried Sea Bass served with mixed herbs, peanuts, lemon, ginger and topped with chef special sauce. Jaran also has a large selection of meat and poultry dishes, in aromatic sauces, as well as many vegetarian options.
